Parents/Guardians,

We have hearing screenings scheduled for this upcoming Monday, September 19.  Please see the attached message from our district audiologist team for more information, including opt-out details.  Let our school’s speech language pathologist, Joy Smith, know if you have any questions ( joysm@provo.edu).
