Canyon Crest Elementary School

October is National Book Month. National Book Month is a month long celebration that focuses on the importance of reading, writing and literature. Why is reading and literacy so important? The American Pediatrics Association reports that reading when young increases academic success down the road. Now is the time to foster a love for reading in our children!

Canyon Crest PTA is working together with Launa Naylor (our librarian) to update the popular series in our library. The money/books you donate will help complete the popular series in the library that have missing titles and bring in additional copies of many of the series our children love.

When you purchase a book or series you can choose a name to be placed on the inside cover under Donated By. How fun for kids to check out a book that was donated either by themselves or their parents. All books purchased are library bound books and have a lifetime guarantee!!
