We value feedback from our students regarding their school experiences and social-emotional learning needs.  To help us better understand how to support students in these areas, Provo City School District has partnered with Panorama Education to conduct a school climate/social-emotional learning survey to students.  To find out more about Panorama Education, please go to the following link: https://www.panoramaed.com/ 

*We will be administering a school climate/social-emotional learning survey to our Grades 3-6 students on Thursday, September 8.  Please see the attachment to learn more about the survey and read the survey questions.

If you would like to opt your child out of taking the Panorama Social-Emotional Learning Survey, please fill out the Google Form at the link below by Wednesday, September 7 at 12:00pm.  If you have any questions, please contact our facilitator, Deanna Lee ( deannal@provo.edu).
