The Utah State Board of Education has created a School Climate Survey that they would like parents and employees to take.  Below is their letter with information about the survey.

From USBE:

We need your help in determining ways to maintain and improve our school climate. We invite you to take the Utah School Climate Survey. This survey includes questions about your attitudes and experiences with different aspects of your school’s educational environment, including staff connectedness, structure for learning, school safety, the physical environment, peer and adult relations, and parent involvement.

We invite all parents, teachers, and administrators to complete the survey. The survey is completely confidential and brief; it contains 52 questions and takes about 10 minutes to complete. Please complete the survey by May 7, 2021.

Survey results will only be reported as group responses. There are no right or wrong answers.

As you respond to each item, think about your own personal experiences at your school. Please respond to all items.

Responses are housed securely in anonymous format with the Utah State Board of Education (USBE) for evaluation research purposes. All evaluation research projects are in compliance with the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act, (343 CFR 99.31 (6)) and human subjects regulations (Protection of Human Subjects 45 CFR 46).
