Canyon Crest Elementary School

Ms. Blinzinger’s class took to heart the message of 9 – 11 (a day of service).  They really thought about the things they could do to make a difference here at the school, at home and in the community.

Their service journey had them cleaning up trash on the playground, and making encouraging posters for people.  They even made a pledge to carry on serving at home and pledged to do one kind thing for someone in their home or community.

Ms. Blinzinger commented, “What a wonderful day to foster a sense of belonging, community, and helping students see they CAN make a difference.”

We appreciate the difference Ms. Blinzinger makes in the lives of her students every day and are so thankful to her wonderful class for the service they rendered to our school.
