May is such a wonderful time for educators.  We see the fruits of our labors and have the opportunity to celebrate a wonderful time of growth with our students.  It fills our hearts to reflect on how hard each student has worked and we are gratified to see the confidence they gain from a job well done.

It is a time of reflection and of celebration.  A time to show off new skills and to look forward to the exciting challenges the new school year will bring.  We have enjoyed cultural celebrations, concerts, field trips, STEM activities and so much more.

We are proud of our students and the work they have done this year.  They truly have adopted our mantra ROAR (Respect, Ownership, Attitude, and Responsibility).

I would like to add a personal message of gratitude for the opportunity that I have had to be a part of this community these last two years.  You have been so warm and welcoming and I have loved getting to know your amazing students better.  I will be leaving to take the Assistant Principal position at Lakeview Elementary for next year, but I will always have warm recollections of my time here.
