Grade Level Donations Made Easy
Our PTA asked us to prepare a digital option for grade level donations. That way, you won’t have to come in-person to the main office to submit a donation. Grade level donations support field trips, supplies and materials for the classroom, doing activities (e.g., STEM, Mothers Day, etc.), and more!
Steps:
-Go to https://provo.erplinq.com/FeePay_PSD/
-You do not need a username or password.
-Select “Donations” dropdown at the top of the screen
-Select “Canyon Crest”.
-Find the grade level you want to make a donation to.
-Go to the “Qty” (Quantity) column and type in the amount you want to donate. You do not need to click the up/down arrows for each dollar amount. You can type a number into the field. Our PTA suggests a donation of $30.00 per student (not required, just a suggestion).
-Click “Add to Cart”.
-Click the cart icon in the top righthand corner of the screen.
-Confirm the information in the cart is correct.
-Select “Checkout”.
-Follow the prompts to submit your donation.
