The intention of White Ribbon Week is to bring awareness to the importance of responsible and safe technology and online behaviors. Our White Ribbon Week is September 23-27. Throughout this week, students will be taught internet safety and how to be responsible stewards of the technology they have access to. Please see the following information about some of what to expect for White Ribbon Week:

1. 2. AT-HOME ACTIVITY CHARTS Our PTA is encouraging families to do White Ribbon Week activities at home. Conversations about internet safety and how to engage with technology are important to have at school and in the home. You can find the grade level activity charts below. If students participate, they can earn rewards! Students will also come home with a printed copy of the activity charts later this week. 4. INTERNET SAFETY LESSON Students will receive an internet safety lesson on Tuesday, September 24. This lesson comes from NetPositive and will be taught by teachers.

5. INTERNET SAFETY IN-CLASS ASSEMBLY Students will receive an in-class assembly (video instruction) on Friday, September 27. Teachers will facilitate this learning opportunity for students. The in-class assembly instruction comes from NetPositive.
