Canyon Crest Parents/Guardians,

Happy Halloween! We are so excited for our Halloween festivities. A few reminders and important information for today.

1. Parade The Halloween Parade starts at 1:45pm. Parents and guests are invited to come and enjoy the parade on the outside of our school building. A few points to highlight:

• Students will be starting the parade in the hallways of the school, meaning they will make it outside at around 1:50pm.
• The best spot for viewing and spacing out is in the back of the school (east-side of the building).
• Parents and guests will be able to gain entrance to the back of the school starting at 1:00pm to get a spot for the parade.
• We will also block our pick-up and drop-off lanes for parents and guests to have a viewing spot of the parade in the front of the school.
• Please note: Our new sod is still taking root. We ask that you please do not choose a viewing spot on the sod in front of the school.
• Parking at the school is limited. We anticipate the main parking lot will fill up quickly. Please consider parking at the church parking (south of the school building) if it is available.

2. Class Celebrations First, a huge “thank you” to all the parents who volunteered to arrange, plan, and facilitate Halloween class celebration activities. We are so appreciative of your support. Class celebrations will start after the parade at around 2:15pm. The class celebrations will end at 3:15pm to allow students enough time for clean-up before school ends at 3:30pm.
