Please note the following weekly announcements.

1. HOLIDAY PERFORMANCE EVENT FOR PARENTS Our annual Holiday Performance Event for parents will be Tuesday, December 17. Doors to the gym will open at 9:10 am. All visitors over 18 years old must have a valid photo ID to be scanned at the door.

We plan to start the event at 9:30am with Kindergarten. Students with perform in the following order: Kindergarten, 1st Grade, 2nd Grade, 3rd Grade, 4th Grade, 5th Grade, and 6th Grade. Each group will take about 7-10 minutes to perform. Please plan accordingly.

2. UPCOMING DECEMBER DATES

• Holiday Parent Performance: Tuesday, December 17 starting at 9:30am
• Classroom Holiday Celebrations: Friday, December 20 from 12:30pm – 1:30pm
• Winter Break: December 23 – January 6.
• Students return to school Tuesday, January 7.

3. PTA MEETING Our PTA will be meeting this Wednesday, December 11 at 10:00am. If you are unable to join in person here is the Zoom Link:

6. CROSSING GUARD APPRECIATION From our PTA: Celebrate Our Crossing Guards! This month, What’s Up Provo has set up TWO amazing ways for everyone to show appreciation for our crossing guards:

8. PARKING LOT SAFETY A few reminders about parking lot safety

• If a crossing guard is stopping traffic, all three (3) lanes of traffic must stop until the crossing guard has made it back to the sidewalk.
• Only drop children off and pick children up in the right lane.
