The intent of this correspondence is to inform you about our upcoming Book Fair.

Volunteers Needed

We are looking for parent volunteers to support our Book Fair.

Book Fair Hours:

• Monday, March 3 – 8:15am-4:00pm
• Tuesday, March 4 – 7:45am-4:00pm
• Wednesday, March 5 – 8:15am-4:00pm
• Thursday, March 6 – 8:15am-5:00pm

Book Fair Events:

• Tuesday, March 4 – 7:45am-8:30am – Donuts & Grown-Ups: Parents, bring a book from home or purchase a book at our Book Fair and read with your child in our gym while enjoying a delicious donut
• Thursday, March 5 – 3:30pm-5:00pm – Dr. Seuss Party: Students can dress up as their favorite book character and meet the Cat in the Hat at our Book Fair’s Dr. Seuss Party.

Dr. Seuss Dress Up Day:

• Monday, March 3 – Wear crazy, silly socks!
• Tuesday, March 4 – Wear green!
• Wednesdays, March 5 – Wear your favorite hat!
• Thursday, March 6 – Dress up as your favorite Dr. Seuss character!

Prize Drawings

Each student that attends a Book Fair event will get their name entered for a chance to win a prize!

Penny Wars

Students can participate in a friendly grade-level competition to raise money for library books. Monetary donations can be brought to the library. The grade with the most money at the end of the Book Fair will receive a celebration and can choose books for the library.
