Canyon Crest Community

At Canyon Crest it is not “March Madness”, it is “March Magic”.  We have a great slate of learning activities coming up this month.

As a Platinum Designated STEM school, we are most excited about our annual STEM Night coming up on March 26th.  We have a fantastic combination of university and community members as well as teachers who will have great activities for families to enjoy.  It will be a magical evening of STEM connections.

Other activities this month include:  Battle of the Books, Hope Squad Kindness Notes, Spring Pictures, Ski School, and Teacher Appreciation week.

Our students are making great strides in their learning this year and we are so very proud of them.  It is also a joy to watch them grow in their interactions with each other. An example of this was our recent school Spelling Bee.  I was not only impressed by their prowess in spelling the words, but I was amazed at the incredible sportsmanship and support they gave each other. I’ve never had a better spelling bee experience. 

It just goes to show what we already know—Canyon Crest is a great place to learn and grow.  March looks to be truly Magical.  Thank you for all you do to support students, teachers and staff here. We appreciate you.
