The time to enroll in Provo City School District’s Dual Language Immersion (DLI) program is now! As a current kindergarten parent, this is your child’s opportunity to join this exciting program in first grade and begin their bilingual journey with strong foundational support—don’t miss this chance to provide your child with the lifelong benefits of bilingual education.

Languages Offered The district proudly offers a range of dual-language immersion (DLI) programs designed to foster bilingualism, biliteracy, and cross-cultural competency. These programs include Chinese, French, Portuguese, and Spanish, each providing students with unique opportunities to deepen their linguistic and cultural understanding while developing fluency.

Application Details

• Who Can Apply:
  • Kindergarten students entering first grade in the upcoming school year. Please note that students with siblings currently in dual language immersion are still required to submit an application.
• Deadline:
  • Families with incoming first graders should submit a Dual Language Immersion Application online between November 15 and February 21st. Applications received after February 21st will be considered as space becomes available.
