1. Back To School Event

Our Back To School Event details are as follows:

Date: Tuesday, August 15

Time: 4:30pm – 6:00pm

Location: Canyon Crest Elementary School

The purpose of the Back To School Event is to provide parents and students the opportunity to see the classroom and briefly meet the teacher.  The event is an open house format, so please feel free to come anytime during the event timeframe.  We hope you and your child can join us!

2. Meetings with Teachers

One of the purposes of our early release days the first few days of school is to provide parents with the opportunity to meet with their child’s teacher.  If you are interested in setting up a meeting with your child’s teacher, please reach you to your child’s teacher directly via email to set up an appointment.

3. Early Release Dates

As a reminder, early release dates are as follows:

Grades 1-6

• Wednesday, August 16 – Students released at 1:00pm
• Thursday, August 17 – Students released at 1:00pm
• Friday, August 18 – Students released at 1:50pm
• Monday, August 21 – Students released at 1:00pm
• Tuesday, August 22 – Students released at 1:00pm

Kindergarten

• Wednesday, August 23 – Students released at 1:00pm (Parents must pick their child up)
• Thursday, August 24 – Students released at 1:00pm (Parents must pick their child up)
