Dear Friends of Canyon Crest,

Happy New Year to our Canyon Crest Community!  We are delighted to have students back in the building.  The school doesn’t feel right until the students return.

We have finished our mid-year benchmark testing for reading and will be completing our mid-year benchmark testing for math soon.  This information is vital to us as we strive to meet individual student needs in our instruction.

We are so grateful to our amazing teachers who are doing such stellar work with our Canyon Crest kids.  They are dedicated, skilled, and thoughtful practitioners.  We never cease to be amazed at the extra efforts they go to in helping students realize their potential.

Our STEM Fair is coming up on the 26th of this month.  As a platinum STEM school, we are serious with our commitment to STEM education.  This year, all 4th-6th grade students will be participating.  We are looking forward to the creative and innovative things they will present.

And as always, we cannot express enough our appreciation to our dedicated Canyon Crest community.  It truly is a joy working alongside you helping these children grow and become.  Thank you!
