Canyon Crest Parents/Guardians,

The intent of the following correspondence is to provide you with information regarding Kindergarten Registration for the 2023-2024 school year.

You may now do online registration if your child will be Kindergarten age (5 years old on or before September 1).  Please see the following Kindergarten Registration steps:

Pre-Registration

If you have not pre-registered your child for Kindergarten, please fill out the pre-registration form.  After submitting the pre-registration form, we will create a Parent Portal account for you and send you an email with instructions to complete registration online.  If you already have a Parent Portal account, we will add your upcoming Kindergarten child to your account and send you an email with instructions to complete registration online.

Registration

Once you receive the email with instructions for completing registration, please do the following:

• Login to PowerSchool by using the information from the email.
• Click the Registration icon in the divider bar at the top of the screen or at the top-left of the screen.
• Follow the instructions and remember to save the form at the bottom of each page.
• Upload documents.

Bring Documents to School

To finish registration, please bring the following documents to the Canyon Crest Main Office Monday through Friday between 10:00am – 2:00pm.

• Birth certificate
• Updated immunization record
• Proof of residency (e.g., gas bill, city bill, mortgage bill, etc.)
• Drivers license or verified identification

*Any out of boundary registration, must fill out the Open Enrollment application at the following link.
