Picture Retakes

School pictures are coming home today 10/24 or tomorrow 10/25. We will be doing retakes on this Thursday October 27th at 10 am. We will start in Kindergarten and work our way up the grades. The afternoon Kindergarten will have their retakes done after they arrive at 12:30 pm. We are asking you to pay online this year. If you want to pay at the school, come to the front office to pick up a picture packet and make sure to figure taxes into your payment. If you did not get a chance to purchase your students pictures here is the information.

Parent Teacher Conferences/SEP Conferences

We will be having parents teacher conferences Wednesday Nov 2, Thursday Nov 3, and Friday Nov 4. These days will be early out days. Wednesday Nov 2 & Thursday Nov 3 will be at 1:30 pm and Friday Nov 4 will be 1:50 pm. The sign ups for SEP Conferences will go out this Thursday Oct. 27th. Look for a separate email with instructions and a link on Thursday Oct 27th!

Halloween Parade and Parties

We will be having a Halloween Parade outside (weather permitting) on Monday Oct 31st. We will begin the parade at 1:45 pm. Parties will be at 2:15pm until the end of the day. We will parade at the back of the school on the blacktop and the front of the school on the sidewalk (same route as last year). Please park in the front parking lot or at the church. If you would like to sit for the parade, please bring chairs with you. Please sit closer to the grass allowing us room to parade across the blacktop. As a reminder, if your child is dressing up make sure they do not wear any costume masks of any kind. Absolutely no weapons, including look-a-like weapons, or items that might be considered a weapon. Please make sure your child’s costumes are age appropriate. Also, if you are dressing up as a parent, please make sure you follow these same rules. Your child may wear their costumes to school. If your child’s costume is hard to wear and may obstruct their learning they can change after lunch (before the parade and parties) Please plan extra time if you plan on coming into the school for parties. We will be requiring all people coming into the building to have a license to be checked in at the kiosk.

Kindness Week

We will be having Kindness Week Nov 7 – Nov 11. We will send out more information as we get closer.
