Please note the following weekly announcements.
- May 19, 20, 21 – Early Release Students will be released at 1:30pm on the last three days of school, May 19, 20, and 21. Bus 8 will be running a few minutes late these days. Please plan accordingly.
- Book Fair This week, for two days only, is our Buy-One Get-One Free Book Fair in the library. Tuesday, May 6: 8:15am – 4:00pm Wednesday, May 7: 8:15am – 4:00pm If you would like to volunteer to help during the Book Fair please use the link here:

- We are looking for parent volunteers. If you are interested, please see the Sign-Up Genius links below.
- If adults are planning on eating school lunch, the price is $4.25.
- Safety Drill Students and staff will be participating in an Evacuation Protocol Safety Drill this Friday, May 9.
- PTA Meeting Our PTA will be meeting this Wednesday, May 7 at 10:00am at our PTA President’s (Ash Mae Hoiland’s) house – 292 East 4075 North Provo, UT 84604. There will be no Zoom link provided for this meeting.
- End of Year Testing Update Students in 5th grade will be participating in RISE Writing testing this week. This and next week, students in grades K through 6 will wrap up Acadience Reading testing, students in grades K through 3 will wrap up Acadience Math testing, and students in grades K through 6 will wrap up NWEA Math testing.
- End of Year Dates -Dia de los Niños: Friday, May 9 -Field Day for Grades K-2: Thursday, May 15 from 1:00pm – 3:00pm (newly adjusted time) -Field Day for Grades 3-5: Friday, May 16 from 9:15am – 11:15am -6th Grade Celebration/Gala: Friday, May 16 from 6:00pm – 9:00pm -Kindergarten Graduation: Monday, May 19 from 10:00am – 11:00am -6th Grade Graduation: Tuesday, May 20 form 9:30am – 10:30am -Last 3 Days of School: Monday, May 19; Tuesday, May 20; Wednesday, May 21 – Early Release @1:30pm
- Kindergarten Registration Kindergarten Registration for the 2025 – 2026 school year has started. To get started, please use the following link:

- Provo City School District Foundation Donation Initiative This year, the Provo City School District Foundation will not be hosting an Easter Basket Auction. Instead, they will be doing a donation initiative. Please see the following link if you are interested in making a donation.
- Timpview Youth Football Registration is now open for Timpview Youth Football Fall 2025 Season. Go to the following website for information:
