Please Read ALL The Way Through

We will be having another family night fundraiser. This time it will be at The Habit in Provo from 5pm to 9pm on April 27th . You will be able to eat at the restaurant, order through drive thru or order online, however you cannot use the in store kiosk. If you eat at the restaurant you will need to simply tell them it is for the Canyon Crest Fundraiser. If you order through the drive thru, tell them when you pay that it is for the Canyon Crest Fundraiser. If you order online, when you go to pick up your food let them know it is for the Canyon Crest Fundraiser and they will print off a duplicate receipt to hold with your total amount. Your students will come home wearing a sticker on April 27th to remind you about the family night. Once again the family night will be at The Habit in Provo. All information is below….
