Canyon Crest Parents,

We will be having another family night fundraiser. This time it will be at The Habit in Provo from 5pm to 9pm on January 22nd. You will be able to eat at the restaurant, order through drive thru or order online. If you eat at the restaurant you will need to simply tell them it is for the Canyon Crest Fundraiser. If you order drive thru simply tell them when you pay that it is for the Canyon Crest Fundraiser. If you order online when you go to pick up your food let them know if is for the Canyon Crest Fundraiser and they will print off a duplicate receipt to hold with your total amount. Once again the family night will be at The Habit in Provo. All information is below….
